New, Improved and on-line: kelseytrask.com
After a nearly month of planning, programing, coding, compiling, and complaining (not to mention more than a few late nights), the new and improved website for Kelsey & Trask, P.C. is up and running. Our attorneys, Justin L. Kelsey and Matthew P. Trask, are proud of our new website and feel it represents the true face and personality of our firm.
We have purposefully posted a large amount of content at http://www.kelseytrask.com. We want our website to be a resource for you, not just a signpost or an advertisement for our firm. We encourage you to take a look around and learn more about us, the law, how we practice, and the ways we can help you or your business in these less-than-certain times.
All of the content in our page regarding divorce, paternity, child support, bankruptcy and civil practice are presented in a simple, intuitive question-and-answer format. We have resources for both attorneys and the public, including calculators for the Massachusetts Child Support Guidelines, the Stevenson-Kelsey Spousal Support Calculator (as seen in TurboLaw), and a Means Test Calculator for bankruptcy cases filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Massachusetts.
Finally, we hope that our site shows that despite the problems some of us might be facing, there is help out there...don't go alone.

The new KelseyTrask.com - Coming Soon!
We're currently working on a rollout of a new website/facebook/twitter/blog social marketing and networking campaign.
As part of our new services we will offer constant updates on what we are working on (through twitter and facebook), a Question of the Week (and Answer of the Week through our new website and through this blog), and lots of information and tools to assist those involved in or considering filing for divorce or bankruptcy relief.
If you'd like to view the most current draft website it is likely available here. We welcome comments and input as to how we can make it better. Please note, though, that because it is a draft many of the links will not work at this time.
Please check back often and we appreciate the help of our many friends, family members and colleagues who have assisted us greatly in this undertaking.

Sharing is Caring - Tumblr and QR Codes
At Kelsey & Trask, P.C. we try to use the latest technology to stay current on the newest laws, to help our clients communicate with us more efficiently and to stay connected with our friends, other professionals and our clients. You probably already know how to find us on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, and to download our iPhone Apps.
And now we've added two more ways to connect with us faster: QR Codes and a Tumblr page.
QR Codes:
A QR Code is a two-dimensional barcode readable on any smart phone with a camera. Just download a QR Code Reader (I use Neo Reader, which is free) and you can use the camera in your phone to read the Code. For example, if you scan the Code to the right you would be taken to our mobile News & Media webpage.
We've also incorporated QR Codes into our latest business cards (pictured below). If you scan the Codes on our business card you will be taken to our mobile contact page. From there you can get directions to our office, call us, or download our contact information straight to your phone's contacts (via VCard downloadable on most phones).
For some other examples of how business are integrating QR Codes into their business cards check out dzineblog's 20 QR Code Business Cards Design Inspiration. To generate your own QR Codes for free online we use delivr's QR Code Generator.
Tumblr:
Tumblr is the latest in sharing online, allowing users to share blog posts, photos, videos, and links quickly and easily. You can follow other Tubmlrs and repost their content, just like on Twitter, but unlike Twitter you can share more than 140 characters.
To follow us on Tumblr visit kelseytrask.tumblr.com. If you have a tumblr login then click on follow in the upper right hand corner to have our content streamed right to your tumblr dashboard.
